To customise your piece:

1. Engraving

• Leave your request in the “Order Notes” at checkout.
• Enter a name, date, or short word (up to 5 characters).
• Double-check spelling — your piece will be made exactly as entered.

2. Stone Colour (for eligible items)

• Select your preferred moissanite colour from the dropdown (if available).
• If no dropdown appears, leave your request in the “Order Notes” at checkout.

3. Need something special?

We ship from Australia and deliver to Australia and New Zealand.

We want you to love your jewellery — truly. If it’s not quite right, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned in their original packaging
• Accompanied by your order confirmation or packing slip

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to the original payment method.
