To customise your piece:

1. Engraving

• Look for the “Engraving” option above the Add to Cart button.
• Enter a name, date, or short word (up to 10 characters).
• Double-check spelling — your piece will be made exactly as entered.

2. Stone Colour (for eligible items)

• Select your preferred moissanite colour from the dropdown (if available).
• If no dropdown appears, leave your request in the “Order Notes” at checkout.

3. Need something special?

Each piece is made to order with care. Please allow a little extra time for personalised items — they’re crafted with intention, just for you.

We ship from Australia and deliver to Australia and New Zealand.

We want you to love your jewellery — truly. If it’s not quite right, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned in their original packaging
• Accompanied by your order confirmation or packing slip

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to the original payment method.
